Planned System Outage

March 6 - 10, 2017

Campus Card Services will implement a major version upgrade to the CS Gold System during the week of VCU's Spring Break. During this time the VCUCard Office, along with many of our other services, will not be available.

We will resume normal operations on Monday, March 13, 2017 at 8:00 am.

If you experience service issues not outlined in this notification, please contact the IT Support Center or visit ts.vcu.edu/it-support-center to submit a help request.

Impacted Services

Please review all services provided by Campus Card Services to determine how they will effect you or your operations. Some services will be significantly impacted more than others.

Building Access Managers

[UPDATE: 3/7/17 - All Building Access Control services have been restored. Building access monitoring, alarms and service requests may now resume.]

Access to your building will be uninterrupted if requests are submitted by the deadline on Friday, March 3, 2017 by 5:00 pm.
