Report a Problem
If you lose your VCUCard, you can report it online and suspend (stop usage of your card) immediately. This will protect your identity and RamBucks and Dining Dollars balances. You should report your card lost even if you just think you might have lost it; if you find it again, you can go online and unsuspend it yourself 24/7.
If you experience problems with RamBucks or a Pay 4 Print printer, submit a help ticket online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using VCU's Support Center.
